We use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions (like keeping you logged in), preferences, security, and analytics. If we engage in advertising or retargeting, we may allow certain partners to collect information via cookies/pixels to help measure campaigns and deliver relevant ads.
Your Choices
- You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
- Some states require recognition of opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control (GPC); where applicable, we will treat valid GPC signals as an opt-out of certain targeted advertising/sharing activities.
6. Data Retention
We retain information as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to:
- maintain accounts,
- complete transactions,
- comply with tax/accounting obligations,
- resolve disputes,
- enforce agreements, and
- meet legal requirements.
Retention periods vary based on data type and legal obligations.
7. Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no security measure is perfect; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your Privacy Rights (U.S. State Disclosures)
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Access personal information we hold about you,
- Delete personal information (subject to exceptions),
- Correct inaccurate personal information,
- Opt out of certain processing (such as targeted advertising where applicable),
- Appeal a decision we make regarding your request (where required).
Because U.S. state privacy laws continue to expand and change, OPS provides these rights pathways as a standardized process.
8.1 Submitting Requests
Send requests to: [privacy@offsetpressupply.com] with the subject line “Privacy Request.”
We will verify your identity (and, for business accounts, your authority) before fulfilling requests. We may request additional information to confirm identity and prevent fraud.

Do Not Sell or Share: OPS does not “sell” personal information for money. If OPS “shares” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising (as defined by California law) through advertising pixels/cookies, OPS will provide a method to opt out and will treat applicable browser-based opt-out preference signals (such as GPC) as an opt-out where required.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
